You can cancel or change your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure of the tour without any penalty. It is not possible to make cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours in advance.
In case of inclement weather conditions, the tour may be postponed or cancelled to ensure the safety of passengers. In such circumstances, you may be able to reschedule your tour or receive a full refund.
The tour price includes the service of a professional and bilingual skipper, music on board, snacks of Apulian products, a drink, a towel, a sunscreen and a diving mask.
Safety is our priority. All our boats are equipped with life jackets, safety equipment and are regularly maintained. In addition, all our skippers are certified and have years of experience at sea.
We scrupulously follow all safety guidelines and, at the end of each tour, we perform a thorough cleaning of our boats using eco-friendly disinfectant products from the Barca – Ecolab line. These products are certified and comply with the strictest ecological standards, while ensuring effective disinfection in accordance with the requirements of the “Biocide” and the Ecolabel Regulation (EC) no. 66/2010.
